WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We currently do not accept returns on wholesale items. If you have received an item that was damaged, please contact Bailey@virginialaneapparel.com within 3 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Virginia Lane ships within the US. Most orders will ship within two weeks and arrive within 1-3 business days. If you have any questions regarding our shipping policies, please contact us directly at bailey@virginialaneapparel.com. Virginia Lane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Our warehouse is based in San Marcos, TX just South of Austin.

WHO MAKES THE DESIGNS?

All of our designs are hand-drawn by one of our Owners, Bailey, and her team of talented artists in San Marcos with occasional help from friends as well!

WHERE IS YOUR PRODUCT MADE?

All of our items are printed and embroidered in San Marcos, TX.
